Ida dies peacefully at 101

AN accomplished musician from Lees has died at the age of 101.
Ida Buckley, a pianist and singer, passed away peacefully at Oakdene Nursing Home on February 25.
The former mill worker was also a member of Dobcross Band with her father, Fred Hudson, and her late husband, Harold.
The funeral will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Dobcross, next Thursday at 11.30am.
