A SUSPECTED loan shark has been arrested following an operation into illegal money-lending.
The England Illegal Money Lending Team, working in partnership with Oldham Council, arrested a 53-year-old man yesterday — the fourth person arrested in connection with a suspected illegal money-lending operation.
