Dad in street shooting

A MOSSLEY man is in hospital after being shot in New Moston.
Jamie Cooke (27) was shot in the leg on Borland Avenue on Friday. Mr Cooke had been visiting family in the area with his baby and was attacked on the street after leaving the child indoors.
The victim was given first aid by neighbours who said they heard several shots.
Mr Cooke was recovering in hospital over the weekend.
