SHOPS and businesses in Oldham town centre can get help and support from a new advice centre.
The new Town Centre Team Shop in Albion Street will have staff on hand to provide information on everything from regeneration projects to grant assistance.
The two-storey centre will open on April 19; business owners can drop in and find out more.
There will be a help desk for people wanting to open a business in the town centre and information on properties for rent or sale.
A display area will showcase town centre projects and campaigns, there will be information on eligibility for the Oldham Enterprise Fund, and a small conference room will be available for businesses to use.
Councillor Shoab Akhtar said: “We want to support new as well as established businesses and this is part of the commitment. If you are thinking of opening a business I encourage you to pop in and see if we can help.”
