Two quizzed in gun probe

TWO men are still being questioned after shots were fired at a house in Failsworth.

Police were called to Ashton Road East after a group of men tried to get into the house.

A door was damaged but no-one injured in the incident, which happened shortly after 10.30pm on Wednesday.

Two men aged 25 and 24 were arrested on suspicion of firearms offences.

Ashton Road East was closed during investigations.
