Points failure halts the trams

COMMUTERS wait for trams that didn’t arrive
SCORES of Oldham commuters were left stranded on platforms before being told to catch the bus this morning after a points failure halted Metrolink services.
A technical fault at Newton Heath and Moston tram stop caused cancellations between 7 and 7.45am.
The service is now back to normal.
