Lib-Dems name shadow cabinet

OLDHAM’S Liberal Democrats have announced their shadow cabinet line up following the recent local elections.
Councillor Howard Sykes will remain as leader and John McCann will be his deputy. Councillor Dave Murphy will be group chair, Councillor Garth Harkness will be group vice chair, Councillor Rod Blyth will be political secretary, Councillor Val Sedgwick will be assistant political secretary, Councillor Derek Heffernan will be treasurer and Councillor Diane Williamson will be group secretary.
