Event honours Nicola

FAMILY, friends and colleagues of murdered Diggle police officer Nicola Hughes will celebrate her life with an event to mark the second anniversary of her death.
The former Saddleworth School pupil was shot dead alongside PC Fiona Bone by Dale Cregan in September 2012.
Her family has set up Chasing Rainbows as a way of remembering Nicola (22) and raising money for charity. This year’s event will take place on September 13 at the Hanging Gate, Diggle.
