A DERKER man is to appear in court in connection with the death of 12-year-old Annalise Holt in Shaw last December.

Peter Scott of Francis Street has been summonsed for causing death by driving without due care and attention and will appear before Oldham magistrates on July 25. Annalise died at the zebra crossing in Milnrow Road, Shaw, at 4.30pm on December 17 and her death sparked a massive outpouring of grief and anger over what was laimed to be the crossing’s lack of safety.
