Tests inconclusive on death of new mum

A POST-mortem examination into a mother’s death two days after the birth of her son at the Royal Oldham Hospital has proved inconclusive.
Lisa Parkisson (35) had Zac on June 21 by emergency Caesarian section, but died on June 23 after being found unconcious.
Last week her devastated family issued a heartfelt tribute to their “beautiful and funny” girl.
Her father Robert Parkisson said: “We still don’t know what happened. We have a million questions but no answers.”
The coroner has been informed and Pennine Acute Trust is holding its own clinical investigation.
