Prisoner is recaptured

AN Oldham man on the run after escaping from Kirkham open prison in Blackpool has been arrested — but another remains at large.
The Chronicle reported yesterday how Philip Stephenson (33), serving a sentence for a firearms offence, and Gareth Robinson (24), jailed for burglary, were believed to have fled to Oldham.
Officers today arrested Stephenson in the Oldham area as well as a 24-year-old woman on suspicion of harbouring an escaped prisoner. Police are continuing to hunt Robinson.
