Man on indecent assault charges

AN OLDHAM man will appear at Manchester Crown Court next month on charges of gross indecency and indecent assault on a girl aged under 14.
Derek Seal (68), of Chamber Road, appeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court yesterday accused of seven charges of indecent assault and six charges of gross indecency between 1997-2003.
