RAFA Battle of Britain Parade through Oldham.
YOUNG and old stood side by side to mark the anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
Veterans, civilians, cadets and shoppers joined in the annual service, organised by the Oldham Royal Air Force Association, at Oldham War Memorial.
Standard bearers from ex-servicemen’s associations also took part in a parade through the town centre led by pipers from the Oldham Scottish Pipe band.
