Have your say on council tax scheme
Date published: 23 September 2014
OLDHAM Council is asking residents to have their say on the proposed Council Tax Reduction (CTR) scheme for 2015-16.
In April 2013, Oldham’s local scheme gave up to 75 per cent off the council tax due on a Band A home.
In 2014 the scheme was revised to increase the amount of support to up to 80 per cent on Band A
Now the council wants to hear about how this increase worked out for billpayers, and how much support should be given for the next financial year.

The consultation closes on September 30.
