Man, 66, exposed himself

A CHADDERTON man has been given a three-year community order for exposing himself.
David Chantler-Walker (66) was told by Oldham magistrates yesterday he must attend a 32-session offender programme and pay £145 costs.
In July Chantler-Walker exposed himself through a window at a woman waiting at a bus stop opposite his house. She called police
Miss Justine Whitworth, defending, said: “The defendant suffers from significant mental and physical health problems.”
