Nightclub owners to change

BOSSES at Oldham nightclub Liquid & Envy have reassured customers it’s business as usual despte the venue’s landlord going into adinistration.

The Retiro Street building will be auctioned on October 23, with a guide price of £700,000.

Manager Terry Bruce said: “The freehold of the building is up for auction. We’ll have a new landlord but our lease terms will remain unchanged. We’re committed to the town and will continue to attract and stage our award-winning entertainment.”
