Man denies indecent assault

A 67-year-old man has denied an allegation of indecently assaulting a girl.
Colin Shannon of Evening Street, Failsworth, pleaded not guilty at Oldham Magistrates Court to inappropriately touching a 10-year-old child.
Shannon will appear at Manchester Crown Court on November 18.
