POLICE have pledged to “leave no stone unturned” in a crackdown on human traffickers.
The promise follows the arrest of 13 people, five of whom have been charged, involved in a trafficking ring.
Addresses in Failsworth, Rochdale and Cheetham Hill were targeted by police on Wednesday morning.
Det Insp James Faulkner said: “Something will come out of this. We will not ignore victims and we will not ignore these problems. We will take positive action to ensure a crackdown on trafficking in our area.”
Police are urging people to contact them with information if they notice anything unusual in their local community. Call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
