Team finds pensioner

Oldham mountain rescue team found an elderly man who went missing at the weekend.
A police helicopter swept Saddleworth villages with a searchlight at the beginning of an overnight search into Saturday morning. At the request of police 15 rescue team members, backed by five specially-trained dogs, joined the hunt.
Mick Nield, OMRT’s leader, said: “The gentleman was found and taken to our ambulance. Other than being cold an wet, he was ok.
