Estate agent Ryder and Dutton has won two prestigious national awards.

The estate agency, which has 14 offices in the North West including Oldham, was voted Best Agency in the North East and North-West at the Negotiator’s annual awards.

The company then went on to win the main award of the evening and was crowned Large Agency of the Year 2014 - an award usually collected by agencies in London and the South.

The directors of Ryder & Dutton said: “To be recognised as the best agent in the country is an incredible accolade. It recognises the hard work and combined effort of everyone within our organisation”
