Plans for 210 homes unveiled

PLANS for more than 200 homes will be unveiled as part of the first phase of Chadderton’s controversial Foxdenton development.

Countryside and Redrow Homes will show their plans to the public at Kingfisher School, Foxdenton Lane, on December 11 from 5.30pm.

The plans are part of a £100 million housing and business park development contested strongly by many local residents.

Countryside plans a range of three and four-bedroomed family homes near Foxdenton Park.

A detailed planning application will be submitted early in the new year.
