Festival sparkles with festive spirit

TWINKLING lights, tinsel and baubles are the order of the day at Oldham Parish Church’s annual Christmas Tree Festival.
This year there are 65 trees, decorated by local businesses and organisations, on display.
The event, which is free to enter, runs until Sunday and trees will be on display from 11am-4pm each day.
The church’s cafe will be open throughout the festival and local school children will be singing carols on weekdays from 12pm.
