Sarah is top of the cops

“Happy Valley” has been crowned best TV programme of 2014.
The dark, BBC1 police drama, which starred Oldham actress Sarah Lancashire as a police sergeant in the Yorkshire valleys, came top of a Radio Times poll dominated by home-grown shows.
“Line of Duty”, about a police anti-corruption unit starring Keeley Hawes, was second while the third series of Benedict Cumberbatch’s “Sherlock” completed the top three.
Comic drama “The Trip To Italy” starring Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon, was fourth.
