OLDHAMERS with a love of antiques will recognise a little piece of home in the new series of BBC One’s “Antiques Road Trip”.

The 10th series of the hit show returns on Monday and viewers can watch antique experts stop in Oldham in the fourth episode on Thursday (4.30pm).

The programme follows Christina Trevanion and Phillip Serrell as they drive through West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester in a red 1967 MGB vintage car.

The pair make a stop at R J O’Brien & Son in Daniel Street, Oldham to scout out bargains.

The duo start their journey with £200 each, with the aim of discovering the biggest finds for the least money to sell on at a profit.
