Child sex offence charges

A 40-YEAR-OLD man has appeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court on two charges of sexual assault, one of rape and one of the attempted rape of a four-year-old girl.
Benjamin Del Rocio Garcia of Day Drive, Failsworth, allegedly assaulted the young girl last summer.
He will appear at Manchester Crown Court on February 17.
