THE dumped sofas - and the tipping warnings on the gate
Chronicle photographer Tim Bradley spotted the two brown leather sofas in Clarksfield Road, close to the local primary school - and immediately under signs saying flytippers could face a maximum penalty of £50,000.
A council spokesperson said: “We will investigate to find the people responsible and take action.”
Report fly-tipping to the council on 770 2244 or online at www.oldham.gov.uk.
