A MAN has been arrested for trademark offences after a raid on a Oldham Polish shop.
Trading Standards officers were seen leaving the Polski Sklep in Yorkshire Street yesterday with bags of suspected counterfeit goods. The shop sells East European and Middle Eastern goods.
The shop was raided several times last year, when officers seized thousands of illegal cigarettes.
