Slimmers see the lighter side of life

CHADDERTON slimmers donned their onesies to raise cash — and a few smiles — for Comic Relief.

The group meets at the Over-60s Club on Broadway every Wednesday.

They joined kind-hearted Oldhamers across the borough in the national mission to raise money for disadvantaged adults and children at home and abroad.

As well as the sponsored onesie wearing, the group put their diets to one side in the name of fund-raising and held a cake sale which raised £54.
