THE vast majority of local bus passengers are satisfied with the service says a new survey.
The Passenger Focus Bus Passenger Survey revealed 84 per cent were “very” or “fairly” satisfied with First Manchester buses.
First also scored record value-for-money satisfaction, increasing 33 per cent over the last two years to 73 per cent and putting it into the top five national bus companies for value for money.
Nearly 900 users were questioned by Passenger Focus, an independent watchdog, last September to November.
The overall satisfaction score has been maintained from last year and is five per cent greater than the 2012 survey.
