Stabbing: woman in court

A WOMAN arrested on suspicion of assault on Tuesday has been charged.
Vicky Brierley (32), of no fixed abode, was arrested after a 32-year-old woman was stabbed in the arm in a street attack in Whitegate Lane, Chadderton. The victim was taken to hospital though her injuries were not thought to be serious.
Brierley was charged with assault and released on bail before her court appearance at Oldham Magistrates today.
