Woman stabbed in chest dies

A WOMAN who was stabbed in the chest in Alt last month has died.
The attack happened on March 17. Police were called to an address following reports a 49-year-old woman had been stabbed. She was taken to the Royal Oldham Hospitaland died there in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Graham Clearly-Senior (56), of Alt Avenue, was charged with attempted murder and will appear at Manchester Crown Court on June 4. The charge is under review by the CPS.
