Park and ride boost for tram users

The number of park and ride spaces at the Shaw & Crompton Metrolink stop has been doubled.

A new section, which opens tomorrow, will add an extra 46 parking spaces, three disabled spaces and two motorbike spaces. The extension includes enhanced safety and security measures such as brighter street lighting and a CCTV system.
