A TOTAL of 600 dogs have found a home in six months thanks to Dogs Trust Manchester.
Ronnie, a three-year-old Shar-Pei, became the Denton-based centre’s 600th homeless hound success, finding his paw-fect match in Leone and Alan McDermott.
The centre opened last October to become the charity’s 21st rehoming base.
“Since opening we have welcomed more than 13,000 visitors; sometimes there are queues outside before we open,” said Dawn Bishop, the centre’s manager.
“We have been overwhelmed with the support we’ve received and are delighted that 600 dogs have found their ideal homes.”
