Man hit by lorry

A 34-YEAR-OLD man is in hospital with serious head injuries after being hit by a lorry in Chadderton last night.
The man was struck outside Chadderton Fire Station on Broadway at 10.10pm. He was taken to Salford Royal Hospital with broken bones and serious, but non-life-threatening, head injuries. No arrests have been made.
