Showroom boss has mettle for pedals

A DEDICATED car dealer is swapping horsepower for pedal power as he embarks on a 400-mile charity bike ride.

Jonathon Taylor, general manager of the RRG Group in Oldham, has been cycling 100 miles a week in preparation for the mammoth four-day ride from Paris to Peugeot’s UK head office in Coventry, which begins on Saturday.

Mr Taylor is saddling up to raise money for the company’s national charity partner, Children in Need.

Staff from Peugeot will be hiking, abseiling and sky diving to help exceed their £1m target.
