Drunk in charge of child case adjourned

A MOTHER accused of being drunk while in charge of a child younger than seven is to appear before magistrates.

Amy Oglaza (30), of Travis Court, Royton, was due to appear at Oldham Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Ms Oglaza is accused of being found in charge of a child under the age of seven whilst drunk at the Royal Oldham Hospital on May 10 this year.

The case has been adjourned until June 29.
