Make your car a star of the show

YOU don’t have to own a Roller to be interested in cars at this year’s Saddleworth Show.

Organisers are inviting motor enthusiasts from across the district to bring their own “cherished” car and share their passion with other owners and the public.

Saddleworth and Oldham Metro rotary clubs are looking forward to having at least one Rolls Royce and are also promised a Triumph Vitesse and a Lotus Elan on the day.

Saddleworth Show, on June 28, is sponsored by the Oldham Evening Chronicle and there will be a special area designated for the cars and an attendance plaque to mark entrants’ participation.
