Cricket club upgrade goes before planners

WOODHOUSES Cricket Club is waiting for the go-aheadto acquire modern, up-to-date facilities.
Proposals to upgrade the existing changing rooms and groundkeeping facilities at the Medlock Road club will go before Oldham planning committee on July 8.
Additional showers, toilets and larger dressing rooms will improve access for both home and visiting teams and there will be a clearer separation between the main clubhouse and the proposed new changing rooms.
