Simon relishes new soccer season

MASTERCHEF champion Simon Wood has scored a full-flavoured new role - as Oldham Athletic’s new executive chef.
His new role will see Simon (38) work closely with the club to put menus together. He will also be present at special events.
Simon said: “To be able to combine my love of food and football is an amazing opportunity.”
