13 on drugs charges

THIRTEEN people have been charged in with drugs offences after this week’s raids under the Operation Plumbline banner.
Noor Ali (19), of Maygate, Coldhurst, Shabir Rahman (18), of Davies Street, Westwood, Emdadur Rahman (18), of Glenby Way, Chadderton, Ashaad Noor (20), of Wakefield Drive, Chadderton, and Shahidul Hoque (19), of Garforth Street, Chadderton, have been charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
Abdul Malik (20), of Collingwood Way, Chadderton, Amran Alom (18), of Main Road, Westwood, two 17-year-old males and a 16-year-old male have been charged with supplying heroin and crack. Azad Miah (20), of Ashley Street, Westwood, and Hussain Ali (20), of Stirling Street, Westwood, have been charged with supply of heroin. A 17 year old was also charged with possession of cannabis and cocaine.
They are all appearing at Oldham Magistrates’ Court today.
