Dog charge man: it’s not me
Date published: 11 August 2015
A MAN claimed his details have been used to implicate him in a crime he didn’t commit.
Gary Taylor (52) is charged with owning an American bull dog which injured another man and his dog in Shaw on April 19.
In court he gave a Manchester address - but the address given police, which later appeared on the charge sheet, was Cunliffe Drive in Shaw.
The court will now find the police officer involved to identify if Taylor was the man she interviewed at the time of the offence.
