Yobs go on shelters glass-smash spree

SMASHED: shelter on Oldham road near to Delph crossroads

VANDALS went on a smashing spree at the weekend targeting three bus shelters in Saddleworth.

Police received no reports of the incidents, but the Evening Chronicle captured pictures of the damage on Sunday morning.

The shelters on Oldham Road, Delph, were smashed on Saturday evening. Transport for Greater Manchester has declined to comment.
