THE news green-fingered villagers have been waiting for has arrived as this year’s Saddleworth in Bloom winners have been announced.
The competition saw gardens across Saddleworth compete in a number of categories - and the winners are:.
Large Garden: Harry and Val Pinkerton, The Nook, Greenfield
Medium Garden: Terence Beck and Patricia Beck, South Avenue, Greenfield
Small Garden: John Buckley, The Manns, Greenfield
Container Garden: Paula Bateson, Moorgate Street, Uppermill
