A £1.45 MILLION scheme to build 20 homes in Oldham has been given the green light.
It is part of the £66.3 million loan to five projects — which will build more than 1,000 new homes — from the £300 million Greater Manchester housing fund.
The Boundary Park development, to be built by Roman Investments, will see 20 three-bed semi- detached homes built.
The fund was created as part of the region’s devolution process
