Fans go wild for the Union J boys

SCREAMS and tears from overwhelmed fans greeted UK boy bands Union J as they played in Oldham at the weekend.
The concert, at the Queen Elizabeth Hall on Sunday, also featured “X Factor” finalists Only the Young and up-and-coming acts Tallia Storm, Jagmac and Henry Gallagher, who appeared on “Britain’s Got Talent”.
Matt Ramsbottom, owner of organisers Revolution 96.2, said the night was a huge success with up to 800 fans in the hall.
He said: “It really was a fantastic evening. Union J and the support acts were great and went down a storm. What’s particularly brilliant is that it happened in Oldham. For big events like this to be held on our doorstep is what it’s all about.”
Union J — Josh, JJ, Jaymi and George — formed after the boys auditioned separately for “X Factor” in 2012. They have had four top ten singles and two albums since.
