DANCERS from across the region jigged into Oldham for the Irish Dancing North-West Championship.
Several local groups took part in the Queen Elizabeth Hall competition including Avoca, from Failsworth.
Organised by the North-West Regional Council, the three-day event is a highlight in the Irish dancing calendar and attracts a high calibre of competitors from across the north of England.
