THE plan for the development

The scheme is part of “Vision for Limehurst Village”, a 10-year programme by Oldham Council and Regenda to improve the environment, housing, recreation and employment opportunities within the neighbourhood.

Martin Davies, director of development at Regenda Homes, said: “This is excellent news for the whole community. It will bring investment in new homes and jobs to help the continued long-term transformation of Limehurst. Local people and families, local schools and services will all benefit from this regeneration programme.”
