Snow on the horizon

THE Met Office has issued a Level two cold weather alert across the North-West to warn of snow.
A Level 2 alert means there is a 60 per cent chance of severe weather in the next 48 hours, with average temperatures of 2C or below. There is also the possibility of wintry showers, overnight frost and icy patches.
