PEOPLE in Saddleworth are being asked to keep a lookout for a dog missing since falling into the River Tame on Sunday.
Susie, a tan and white crossbreed, fell into the water at Diggle and was swept downstream. The much-loved dog is 18, blind, deaf and frail. Susie’s owners fear she might die if not found urgently.
People have already been out in the area to search for her and a Facebook page “Help Find Susie #findsusie” has been set up to raise awareness.
