CHAOS when lights failed
FAULTY traffic lights caused chaos at one of Oldham’s busiest junctions.
A car and a van were involved in a minor collision when the signals at Huddersfield Road and Cross Street, Mumps, stopped working yesterday afternoon.
The fault caused long tailbacks in every direction, One lane was also closed while the accident was cleared.
